Three Marks LLC was formed in 2026 to hold and operate a portfolio of independently built products across software, music, and consumer goods.
The company
Three Marks LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of California, with its principal office in Sacramento. The company owns the intellectual property behind its products, holds its supplier and platform agreements, and operates the storefronts and services through which those products reach customers.
Individual products are released under their own names. Three Marks LLC is the operating company standing behind them.
Leadership
The company is founder-led and independently owned, with design, engineering, and operations under one roof. The same leadership is responsible for the studio's direction and for its day-to-day operations.
How we work
Design, engineering, and operations sit in one place, which keeps the distance between an idea and a shipped product short. We build in-house, release when the work is ready rather than to a schedule, and prefer to run a product ourselves rather than hand it off.
We take user privacy and platform rules seriously as a matter of engineering practice: collecting the minimum data a product actually needs, deleting what is only needed transiently, and building safety controls into the systems themselves rather than documenting them after the fact.
Engagements
